Kenna Cares, Always.

Just want to talk? Need words of encouragement? Prayers? Want to celebrate a special occasion, promotion, marriage, birth of a child? Whatever the occasion, I am happy to support or celebrate with you! Feel free to tag me in your posts or use my hash tag #kudoskenna so I can find your special moments.

Mental health awareness is an issue that I am a staunch advocate of. I know that no matter how big a smile someone has, or how deep and boisterous their laugh may be in the moment, that you never know what someone is going through, or how hard they are fighting or had to fight just to be here. I encourage anyone struggling to seek help. Mental health awareness is not something that I promote only in the month of May, but all year round. Below are few links of verified resources to assist a wide range of topics. If you or someone you know is struggling please seek help immediately. Also, if you would like to suggest additional resources for the list, feel free to drop the link below.

Take care - M
